WP Photo Seller not displaying images.png transparency on my photo detail page.

Work ok on the photo gallery but after that the transparency on the photo detail page dose not work!….

Sorry!.. I troubleshoot some of the files in the server and I change the images id’s in the process, but without any positive result. here is the new url:

Hi,

Sorry it’s not fully clear to me what you mean by transparency? Transparency of what exactly? Can you please explain more?

Also can you turn off the zoom functionality for now so it is easier for us to investigate the photo using firebug.

A PNG image is an 8-bits or 24-bits transparency channel, typically used in graphics to create or indicate transparency!. go to the links provided to see the problem; Let me know if more details are needed!..

How are your PNG images saved? Are they saved as “indexed” or “RGB Color” mode?

If you save your PNGs in RGB color mode the transparency should be shown correctly.

Exactly I can’t agreed more!.. the default on photoshop for all my images always been PNG-24 sRGB with transparency.

How are we going to fix this.!.

It is more complicated than I thought. The transparency is being lost during the watermarking and resizing. Still trying to solve this.

We aways Leave the watermark field blank!. but still show the watermark in the center of the picture, we no need that funtion. can we get it out!.. maybe that can fix the PNG problem.
