    I have set up price structures and configured e-mail setting, but after I fill in the Manual Gateway Checkout form it bumps me back to Checkout page and tells me the cart is empty. No mail gets send, nothing, please help.

    @ocfourie,

    we recently found a small bug related to the manual checkout which we have fixed.

    Someone from our team will be in touch with you to give you an updated copy of the plugin.

    Thank you, that seemed to fix that problem.

    Another question though.., At what stage does the client get the download link. I tried to change the order status, but get notification e-mails, but never a download link.

    Yes I can see that now.

    We have also corrected this small bug and will release the new version today.

    my customer don’t get email with download link! Please tell me what is wrong.

    A few questions:

    1) Is the buyer using the manual gateway or Paypal?

    2) Do you have the “Send Email After Purchase” enabled in the email settings?

    Also can you do the following test:

    Please enable debug:

    – Go to settings and scroll to the bottom.

    – Select “Yes” for “Enable Logging”.

    Then try another test purchase and check the logs.

    There should be a log which says something like:

    “Buyer email successfully sent to: johnsmith@xyz.com”

    Let us know the outcome.
