WP Photo Seller – Limit download digital copies

I don’t find the possibility to block the digital download to a single copy.

My customers select, for example, 3 digital copies of the same image.

At the moment I had to delete some orders beacause the customer doesn’t understand it.

How can I lock the maximum digital copy to 1?

Plugin: 2.2.7

Wordpress: 4.9.2

MySQL: 5.5.57

PHP: 7.0.25

Are you trying to prevent someone from paying for more than 1 copy; or prevent more than 1 copy of the same link from being sent?

I didn’t find it or I didn’t understand where to find it.

For me it’s important that everyone could buy more than 1 copy of a printed file but one and only digital one.

The link sent is one but if anyone want to buy 5 digital copy the website allowed it so I have to give him back the money for the 4 copy excedeed for mistake.

No, it doesn’t work. That flag, on my system, means that the quantity doesn’t start with 0 but with 1 but I can buy 20 digital copy anyway.

I will need to look at the code to see if we can come up with a relatively easy solution.

Yes – I made some changes to the quantity box so that for digital products the customer will not able to exceed a value of 1.

Have you tested this?
