Using latest version of WP (4.7.4)
I was uploading a wedding gallery with images sized at 400dpi and half the images didn’t load right. Having to resize the images is a real pain for the amount I change and update my site. It’s an extra step in uploading and I don’t like that my clients can’t enlarge their images in their galleries very well. I actually had to use my old website for my current bride.
Any help you can provide regarding settings, sizing, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
You shouldn’t have to resize images before you upload them. You can upload the original image directly via the plugin.
What kind of hosting plan are you suing? What is the PHP RAM memory limit of your server? Your hosting provider can answer this question.
If your site’s PHP RAM memory limitation is low then the plugin will fail to process the large images due to limited server resources.
