I upload the images an they seem not to load correctly. I can’t even see the thumbnail of the images. I’t also won’t upload portrait orientated images.
Can you please check your host to see what is the value of the PHP “memory_limit” setting for your server? (ask your host provider if you can’t find it)
Also, please enable logging – go to the Settings menu and then to the Testing and Debugging section.
Select “yes” for Enable Logging.
The php memory limit is set to 128MB. I have also enabled logging.
How much php memory does it need?
How much php memory does it need?
It depends on the image sizes you are using. Generally something over 128M but we have customers who have theirs set at 256M.
Can you please check your server logs to see if there any entries produced? (ask your host provider to help you if you can’t access the hosting logs)
Can you also ask your host provider if there are any special restrictions on your server for image functions such as getimagesize?
We might have to log into your site to see what’s going on.
What is the status update? Did I fill out the from correctly? What server logs do
i check? I also ask my host provider about any restrictions for images and they said there no restrictions.
We logged into your site and did some tests and found no problem.
We were able to create a test gallery and we uploaded images from our computer and were able to view the gallery from the front end.
If you view the front-end gallery page you will see the test gallery we created:
When looking at some of your previous broken galleries we saw some images which had paths similar to the following:
(Note the “wpps_gallery_tmp_dir”)
This usually happens when you have not saved a new gallery after uploading the images.
