Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP Photo Seller › WP Photo Seller- I keep getting a "loading error" when trying to see a gallery.
I am getting a “loading error” on one of my gallery pages. When I direct it to another gallery choice it works fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but am still having the error.
When I create a new gallery it doesn’t automatically create a new WordPress page.
On the “Gallery Management” WP Photo Seller page when I click on “view”, in each gallery it gives me a “404 Not Found” error message.
What do I need to do?
Go to: [www.garyjohnsonphotography.com] and click on the “Shop” button. The gallery named “Spektrel Art Series” gets the “loading error” flashing when you click on it. When you click on “Landscape Images” the 4th image from the top right doesn’t show the image when it is selected. The “Jamestown Car Show” gallery seems to be working fine. As I stated above, on the “Gallery Management” WP Photo Seller page when I click on “view”, in each gallery it gives me a “404 Not Found” error message or goes to the wrong link.
Looks like your theme is trying to look for the following page:
However it appears that the above link does not exist anymore.
Did you delete the original gallery page created for gallery 7?
On the Create/edit gallery page: To preview your gallery page on the front end “click here”, here is what it goes to on all three galleries.
[http://www.garyjohnsonphotography.com/gallery7] (Spektrel Art Series)
[http://www.garyjohnsonphotography.com/gallery3] (Jamestown Car Show)
[http://www.garyjohnsonphotography.com/gary_s_home_page_homepage/gallery2__trashed] (Landscape Images)
If I did delete it, how do I re-establish that link?
Why doesn’t it automatically create a new WordPress page when I create a new gallery?
