We have installed your plugin, created a photo gallery and linked to a newly created PayPal Company account. We are able to update the shopping cart, but when going to checkout the process hangs when trying to connect to PayPal.
What are the settings we have to make at PayPal to make it accept payments from WP Photo Seller? Are there any API-ID registrations we have to create to make this work?
We have chosen PayPal Express Checkout as a service at PayPal.
Plugin Version: 1.9.1
WP Version: 4.2.2
WPMU: No
MySQL Version: 5.0.96
WP Table Prefix: wp_
PHP Version: 5.3.10

You just have to enter your PayPal email address in the settings.
Can you post a link to your photo gallery page so we can inspect a couple of things?
June 6, 2015 at 7:32 am #70342stigatsolaMemberIt might be a problem with the Nordic letters in the domain name, because when we use the alternative domain name without Nordic letters, everything seems to be ok.
We have a domain name with Nordic letters: “rÃ¥foto.no” which translates to “xn--rfoto-mra.no”. Everything works fine, except that it is not able to connect to the PayPal account. It just hangs forever at checkout.
We have an alternative domain name without Nordic letters “raafoto.no”. Everything works ok for this page.
Is there a way to setup the domain that have Nordic letters so that it can appear as the domain name without Nordic letters when connecting to PayPal?

What can I do?!
Thanks,
Alice
February 17, 2016 at 11:19 pm #70344PeterMemberHi Alice, Once the customer lands on the paypal login page, the photo seller does not have any control over the login procedure – that is all done by paypal. Maybe they are using the wrong username/password?
To prove that it is working ok, I can make a test purchase using my paypal account if you like.
Just create a dummy gallery with one photo and with a price of $0.01 and send me the link to the gallery and I will make a purchase.
