WP Photo Seller – Gallery Page Error Messages

Hi, On my gallery pages i am receiving many error messages? Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Hello old_blueyes, can you check to make sure your images are uploaded to the server. I check one of the images and it returns a loop, it cannot find the file. Can you make sure that if the folder exist it has the correct folder permissions 7-5-5.

It appears that your gallery was not saved properly because I noticed that the plugin cannot find the images in the expected gallery folder.

The thumbnail images which are showing on your page are actually coming from the “wpps_gallery_tmp_dir” which should not happen if you have saved your gallery after uploading the images.

To fix this, try the following:

1) Delete your current galleries from the photo seller settings.

2) FTP to your site and go to the wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/ directory and delete all directories which may be in this folder – including the “wpps_gallery_tmp_dir”.

3) From the photo seller gallery menu, create a new gallery and upload your images again and make sure to save your gallery after you have uploaded the images.

Then try viewing the gallery again and you should be ok.
