I am setting up my store on my website. The Photo Gallery page is shown correctly but when I click on a gallery (just one gallery for now), I get a blank page.

    Photo Gallery Page:

    Gallery Page:

The gallery1 page has been created by WP Photo Seller correctly and contains the shortcode [WPS_photo_gallery id=”1″] (correct ID number too). But I get a blank page on Firefox and a server error (HTTP 500) on Chrome.

I am using the Furies theme if that can be of any help!

Any idea how to make this page appear?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Nicolas,

Can you please try the following..

From your WP administration panel, can you try and view the page from the edit screen by going to “Pages” then click on “All Pages” and then click the “Edit” link for that page you are referring to. Once inside the edit window click “View Page” or “Preview Changes”.

Are you able to successfully see the page displayed?

Also, can you please confirm that you are using the “Preview Photo via Page” option when you are creating the gallery?

Dear Peter, I cannot see the page when doing the steps you mentionned.

Dear Admin, I do not find that option when creating a gallery. I have the following settings to set “Gallery Name”, “Price List”, “Watermark Text”, “Sort Order Of Gallery Images”, and “Upload Images”.

Note that I have version 1.3.2 installed. I see on this page (http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-photo-seller-plugin) that the current version is 1.3.4. However, I do not have any update available in my WP admin panel, where could I obtain the upgrade? Maybe that would solve the issue?

    Cheers!

    Hi,

I upgraded the plugin to version 1.3.6 and I can now see the gallery correctly.

However, I now have an issue with the Photo details page (example: [http://beuchatphotography.com/photo_details/?gallery_id=1&image_id=335]) that does not display the pictures nor any details to buy it (although there is the [WPS_photo_details] shortcode).

I filled the form anyway if you could have a look at it, it would be really nice!

    Thanks for your help,

    Nicolas

It looks like your theme is trying to add a slider which may be messing up the output from the photo seller shortcode.

When viewing that page using the wordpress editor, are there any settings which are enabled and which are related to some extra page features such as a slider?

    Hi!

As suggested by R admin, the PHP memory limit allocated by my server was too low. I had 128MB before. Increasing it to 512MB solved the problem :) (I am not sure exactly how much I need but 512 did the trick).

I believe the slider that was shown is the default background slider used by my theme (I set that it should be a static image but I guess the PHP memory limit problem prevented it from using the settings I had set).

Thanks all for your help :) I have to say I am very happy with the quick and efficient customer support.

    Cheers,

    Nicolas
