Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP Photo Seller › WP Photo Seller – fatal error on just 1 gallery
Hi,
I’ve got 6 galleries on my site, of which 5 work perfectly. For some reason, one of the galleries displays OK, but when you click on one of the photos, the page displays the following:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16612 bytes) in /var/sites/d/demo.ryedalewebdesign.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSCommon.php on line 2373
You get the same message for every photo in that gallery. However, every photo in every other gallery works fine.
Here is a link to the problem gallery:

I have tried:
1) deactivating all other plugins
2) switching to the default ‘twenty thirteen’ theme
3) deleting and re-uploading the photos to the same gallery
4) creating a new gallery with the same photos
and none of these make a difference.
The “PHP Memory Limit” value is currently set at “256M”.
Thank for your help.
Try adding one of those photos from the problematic gallery to an existing gallery which does not have that error to see if that problem occurs again?
Is there anything different in the settings of that faulty gallery compared to the other galleries?
Hmmm, seemed like the photos uploaded to that particular gallery were particularly large (some of them were 16Mb!).
Gallery settings were the same, and the photos behaved in the same way if added to another gallery.
I deleted the originals and re-uploaded them using the Imsanity plugin to compress and reduce the image size, and now the gallery works OK.
Consider this resolved, thanks.
