WP Photo Seller – empty frames in gallery

Hi,

I just bought the plugin WP Photo Seller and followed the instruction videos.

I created a gallery with three images. The cover page, the gallery page, as well as the details page only show empty boxes instead of images, some of them have a question mark in it, others don’t.

I did all the testing with switching theme and deactivating plugins – to no avail, the boxes stayed empty.

Even before that, I had already switched off Jetpack’s CDN (it is no longer called Photon, so you might want to change the error message in the plugin)

What now?

My website is still “under construction”, so you can’t see it but I can create a login for anybody who wants to help me.

Turned out that you had the wrong configuration in the following field:

Settings -> General -> Site Address (URL)

That field had a non-https URL when you are trying to use HTTPS. So the security check was failing. I have updated that field’s value and it it now working fine.
