Tagged: WP Photo Seller
I installed WP Photo Seller on a localhost for testing. I am now moving to a hosted site and need to move the WP Photo Seller license. I am unable to find any instructions in the user manual on the procedure for this. I am assuming that the steps are:
1) Install WP Photo Seller on the new hosting server,
2) Deactivate the license on the localhost and
3) Activate the license on the new hosting server.
At step 2 the “Deactivate” button is black text on a grey background. I was expecting white text on a blue background indicating the button was active. Pressing the “Deactivate” button gives the following error messages:
License key deactivation failed!
License key could not be deactivated.
1) Is the three step procedure above correct or are there additional or different steps?
2) If this procedure is correct why does the “Deacivate” button fail?
Wait “a few hours,” and try again. Perhaps it had trouble communicating with our license server. Also, the localhost must be connected to the Internet.
I have reset your key manually so you should be good now.
Have the same issue here. Can you deactivate license for me too? I moved to another server…
Thank You!
Done.
Thank you!
