After installed, the Cart and Checkout pages were populated with incorrect shortcodes. I was able to correct the “Cart” page, but can’t find the proper ones for the Checkout page.

How do I fix this?
Thanks,
Kathy
August 23, 2014 at 12:07 am #65083adminKeymasterHi Kathy, Please edit that checkout page and use the following shortcode (remove the other shortcode you currently have there)
[WPS_checkout_select]
[WPS_show_cart mode=”read”]
Alternatively, do the following:
Delete all the store and checkout pages. Delete them from the trash also. Now go into the settings are of this plugin and it will re-create those pages for you with the correct shortcodes.

Checkout page (manual payment) looks like this

November 9, 2014 at 1:13 am #65085PeterMemberThose elements you are referring to are email tags. Currently they will only be processed for emails and not the “thank you” page which is what you are referring to.
November 9, 2014 at 9:45 am #65086victooMember“Thank You” page shows after PAYPAL payment. In settings page there is clear information “This page will be where your customers are redirected to after they have made a payment via PayPal.”
But when customer choose MANUAL PAYMENT final page is always CHECKOUT – Your order was successfully submitted
and payment details (the same which goes with email) with not working shortcodes.
November 11, 2014 at 12:25 am #65087PeterMemberHi victoo,
Sorry for the confusion – yes I actually also meant the page for the manual checkout too which the buyer will see after they have submitted the manual form.
Currently the plugin doesn’t handle the “email tags” on that page.
We will try and modify the plugin in a future update so that email tags can also be shown on that page.
November 11, 2014 at 9:29 am #65088victooMemberIt would be great if that email tags shows correctly on thank you page for manual payment.
Right now we have no control under admin panel how Thank You page for Manual Payment should look. Automatically shows text for email payment instruction and it looks very unprofessional with that tags. I cant put my page online with that bug.
