Thank you for informing me that the license key is the same.
You gave me a link to navigate to in order to find out how to install the curl library (http://forum.wampserver.com/read.php?2,43026). I did not understand the reference, it was quite vague.
The link led to the following exchange on the WampServer Forum
CURL with wampserver

dood! that was easy! thxs so much man!
The question that I have is: What icon on what page of what site is v2lethal referring to when he states “yes u right click the icon go to – php extensions and tick the curl option”
It seems that there is an assumption that you would know which icon he is talking about. I don’t, therefore I am completely lost.
Thank you for taking the time to help a newbie like me.
December 30, 2011 at 4:01 am #40041wzpModeratorPerhaps, since the issue is getting cURL on wampserver working; the most appropriate place to get help is on a wampserver forum. Neither myself or @Admin are wampserver experts, because there are just too many other localhost packages available (XXAMP, Uniform Server, etc.).
And because you are using a localhost for your testing, there is no way for any of us to log onto your server; in order to assist you.
Perhaps, you should consider using the $25 installation service Tips & Tricks HQ offers; to install your software on the Internet server you plan to be using.
December 30, 2011 at 4:40 am #40042Raymond NelsonMemberThank you
I will see if there is anybody on the wampserver forum or associated with wampserver who can help me.
Can the $25 installation service Tips & Tricks HQ offers install the software on my local machine. I am using my local machine as a testing server and hostgator as my remote server. PDF Stamper installed on the remote sever (hostgator) without any problem but I am having trouble on the getting it to install on the testing server (my machine). Can the Tips & Tricks HQ help me get my testing server online??
December 30, 2011 at 5:35 am #40043wzpModerator“Localhost” means the server is isolated from the Internet. Because your localhost is not “connected to the Internet,” it is not possible for any of us to install on your localhost.
As a future offering, it maybe possible for us to offer or recommend a preconfigured localhost server package for downloading. But before we could do that, there has to be some internal discussions about which package we should support.
December 30, 2011 at 5:45 am #40044adminKeymasterWe don’t do installation on local host. One of the best ways to setup a test environment is to install another copy of WordPress in a sub-domain of your main site or inside another folder. This way you don’t have to worry too much abut server setup side of things.
December 30, 2011 at 10:33 am #40045Raymond NelsonMemberYea!! I think I figured it out
The Curl Library is nothing more than a php extension. I learned that included in the Wampserver 2.2 interface is an option to examine the extensions that are activated and to activate or deactivate your choice of extensions. I was able to locate php_curl in this list of extentions and succedded in activating it.
Now when I run the Minimum Requirement Checker v1.0 the Summary indicates that the IonCube Decoder is Present with a big green check and the summary indicates that the
CURL Library is Present with a second big green check.
When I activate the plug-in a pop up box appears and indicates states:
WP PDF Stamper is almost ready. You must provide a valid License key here to fully activate it.
When I navigate the link and enter the License Key that was provided when I purchased the product. The following message appears.
License key is invalid!
Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!
I am not sure what to do now.
I am using my local machine as a testing server and hostgator as my remote server for the same website do I need another Licence for my localhost server??
December 30, 2011 at 1:18 pm #40046wzpModeratorIt’s great to see that you are making progress. Did you happen to use that particular license key on any other site, or installation, besides this one; regardless of whether or not the activation was successful?
December 30, 2011 at 5:18 pm #40047Raymond NelsonMemberI used the license key when I installed my site on my remote server (hostgator). Now I am trying to use it to install the same site on my localhost (wampserver) as a testing environment. The activation on hostgator was successful. You are helping me with the activation on wampserver and it is yet to be successful.
December 30, 2011 at 5:52 pm #40048wzpModeratorIf you wish to use the same license key on your localhost, you must first deactivate the license key from your remote server.
