Hi, What version of the addon are you using. This looks like a similar issue:

I’ve installed WP Payment Gateway Bundle and followed the video to set up and test Stripe.

I entered the data from the stripe account as shown the video. It was straightforward.

I’ve run a test in sandbox. The cart is OK but when I make a payment I get an error message which says..

Strip – Failed to create a customer

    Response Status –

    Error Type –

    Error Code –

As you can see the status etc is blank.

I couldn’t find reference to the message on the stripe website.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions what to do?

Since you are running sandbox, please confirm the following:

    – Do you have the plugin (both estore and the payment gateway bundle) set to sandbox mode also?

    – Enable the debug logging option (if you don’t have it enabled already)

    – Post the URL Of the page containing the Stripe button you created using our shortcode. We can then inspect a few things on that page.

    Thanks.

    Yes, both sandboxes ticked.

I’ve reset the debug log and turned it on.

Below, is the debug log entry. I note that it records success and then failure!

I am also using a discount code CFTEST99 which I’ll delete once the sandbox works.
