WP Lightbox Ultimate – source image does not show, only "click here" text

My goal is to show an image, and when that image is clicked, a lightbox pop-up is shown that auto-plays a YouTube video. The video plays fine when the link is clicked, but the link is just plain text that says “click here”, and not the image that I’ve specified.

Hi, I just tested the exact shortcode on our development site. The thumbnail displays without any issue. Can you please copy and paste the shortcode as plain text in the visual editor?
