ParticipantI appear to be experiencing an issue with a recent release of Firefox where my lightbox videos are not coming up in a pop-up. Only happens in Firefox.
Here’s a sample link.

ModeratorFirefox 85.0.2 (64-bit) seems to work fine, for me.

ParticipantWorking for me a well.
Magic. No idea what the issue was.

ParticipantActually, my initial test case was wrong. The problem manifests with multiple videos on the page.
Try again, same link.

KeymasterI checked the page just now using the Google chrome browser. The videos open in lightbox correctly for me. Do you have some kind of caching issue?

ParticipantSee OP. This is a Firefox-only issue.

ParticipantBump. This is still a problem. I modified the test case to better reflect the issue. It seems to happen with multiple videos. [online-courses.dreamuniversity.com/lightbox-video-test]

KeymasterI checked multiple videos on that page using the latest version of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. The videos work fine for me (I have checked it multiple times). So this is very strange. What version of Firefox browser are you using to test?
I have sent you a screenshot of my test via email so you can see what I am seeing.
I do see caching on your site. Are you clearing cache after you create the test case? If we are seeing two different versions of your site (one cached and one not), then there can be discrepancies.

Moderator@WyzGuy-Consulting, Everything seems fine to me. Are you using any browser extension? Please try clearing your cache and cookies to see if it helps.

ParticipantThanks for your continued support with this issue.
I swear, this is an issue, and it’s very intermittent. For example, I can now see this working, where yesterday it was failing. This is really baffling to me.
However, inside of my membership site, it seems to happen with frequency. I’ve attempted to create a test case that is simpler than my membership site, but the best I can do is intermittent.
Would you like access to my membership site where maybe you can get a more consistent view? This would need to happen offline of course. Perhaps I can respond to your email?
This issue ONLY occurs with FIREFOX. Latest version 85.0.2 (64-bit). No browser extensions are enabled for FIREFOX.

ParticipantI also see it more on Mac (Desktop) FIREFOX than I do on Windows, even inside my membership site. Seems to be working on Windows FIREFOX.
