I designed an interactive learning communication and exported it as an HTML5 package.

I used a shortcode found in your pdf documentation.

    [wp_lightbox_display_external_page link=”http://review.boondockedmedia.com/bm/learningproducts/index.html” width=”1024″ height=”627″ source=”http://review.boondockedmedia.com/images/products_landing.png” class=”lightbox_img_frame_fancy1″]

This can be found on: [http://boondockedmedia.com/services/]

When I open the lightbox on an iMAC it displays automatically. I’ve had several people complain they receive a white screen with a play button, and I receive the same thing on an iPad. In the plugin settings, I set it to autoplay. I also added autoplay=”true” to the shortcode, but that did not make a difference. This seems to be quite an annoyance with my users. Do you have any suggestions? Is there a better shortcode or should I specify a different lightbox in the shortcode? Any help you have is greatly appreciated!

I’d like to place several other interactive HTML5 packaged communications on the website using Woocommerce and your Ultimate Lightbox plugin, but need to get this right first. THANK YOU!!

Hi, You are not actually playing the video using our plugin. You are just telling our plugin to open a page that contains the video. So Lightbox Ultimate can’t really make it compatible with mobile devices. This needs to be fixed in the video player that you are using.

What video format is it? If it’s a MP4 video you could embed using our MP4 shortcode:
