WP Lightbox Ultimate: Can the "Youtube lightbox" autostart/popup on load on page

I am new user and have set up Lightbox Ultimate on WP page but would like to configure as follows:

A) Auto pop-up and start of the Youtube video as soon as page is loaded.

Insertion of Lightbox shortcode in WP sidebar which comes from Youtube, brings in Youtube content as with any other embed code and uses YT thumbnail image Also clickable to Lightbox.

Finally, if none of these options are possible is there a Amazon S3 solution which will lightbox Autoplay videos as pages are loaded.
