Hello, Im using the whole package of your plugins, esp.:

    1) wp-eStore

    2) wp-Affiliate

    My store is at: [http://epe.org.il/eng-cart/]

I have set up products, discount coupons and affiliates.

When I enter an affiliate code in the cart (whether valid or not valid code), I get this message:

–>Coupon code used does not exist!<–

Obviously, the combination of the two plugins is faulty.

    please advise, URGENTLY !

All of our plugins are designed to seamlessly integrate together.

When I enter an affiliate code in the cart (whether valid or not valid code), I get this message:

–>Coupon code used does not exist!<–

Why are you trying to enter the Affiliate ID into the coupon code field? A coupon code you create in eStore goes in the coupon code field.

Hi, Thanks for the prompt response. Really appreciate it.

Of course I don’t try that!

I enter the affiliate ID in the Affiliate ID field, and I get that message.

    Try it yourself.

Here is a valid affiliate ID: GR75262

Try entering it in the affiliate ID field and see for yourself.

Moreover, try any random string in that field and see you get the same message (i.e. regarding a coupon, not an affiliate!)

I just tested every step + taken screen shots, but I cant post pics here. sorry.

    update:

I found the source of the problem!

I unchecked “WP eStore Settings” > “Addon Settings” > “Link Affiliate ID with Coupons Table”:

when you uncheck the checkbox, it accepts the AffId.

    This solved the problem.

    Many thanks.
