How can I find a report which tells me who purchased via a particular coupon.

You can see which customer used which coupon by going to the manage customers interface. There is a column that shows the coupon code if one was used in that transaction.

Also, you can use an email merge tag to enter the coupon code used (if any) in the admin sale notification email. Available email merge tags are listed in the following documentation:

Thankyou, I apologize for not being more specific. I need a report which tells me which customers purchased via a specific coupon.

We will have far too many to tick and check the whole customer listing. I need to see, to further clarify, a list with the the name of the coupon and all customers who purchased via that coupon. Not all coupons and all customers on one list.

This is not for email use, so the email merge tags are of no use here.

No, there is not report option like that unfortunately.

The only thing close would be to export the customers record from the “Manage Customers” interface. This gives you a CSV file. You can open that file using something like Microsoft Excel. Then sort the “Coupon Code Used” column. That will put all the records with a certain coupon together.
