WP eStore purchases not showing in Aweber or in list of purchases in WP eStore

    Hello,

    We are having trouble getting WP eStore purchases to do two things:

    1) Purchases are not showing up in the list of stats or manage customers

    2) Customers are not being added to Aweber after a purchase.

    BUT… the purchase is going into Paypal and showing up no problem, that is how we know the purchase and the Paypal receipt is being sent to the customer too.

    Set-up Debug Squeeze page

    1) Nothing is showing up in the Debug File squeeze_form_debug.log nothing recent

    2) Test purchases do show up on eStore_post_payment_debug.log

    Things tried:

    1) Removing Aweber Connection and reactivating

    2) Testing purchase on Squeeze page debug page

    3) Using external buy link on this page: [http://www.pepperitmarketing.com/list-building]

    Stats:

    WordPress: WordPress 4.6.1

    WP eStore: Version 7.3.0

    Test Squeeze Page: [http://www.pepperitmarketing.com/test-wp-estore]

    I’m not sure what else to check, any suggestions would be appreciated.

    This usually happens if the plugin is not receiving the PayPal IPN notification.

    Please go through the following checklist which will help you solve the issue on your end:

    Once you can do a transaction and the debug file gets populated (meaning the paypal IPN notification is being received by the plugin), everything should start to work.

    Lets get to that stage then let me know if you still have any other issue and we can investigate the log file and tell you what else needs to be fixed.

    Realized I never replied. Thank you, I think we are okay now, still have a few things to figure out and not quite sure why it quit working yet. The external links had been working until last month.

    I’ll come back if we run into this issue again.
