WP-eStore – product image not loading

I’ve just started with this plugin. I am adding new products. I attempt to add a product image from the media library but after “insert into post” the URL does not show up.

Did you have the “File URL” selected when you clicked the insert into post button? Basically the URL should be a link to an image file. When you check the value of the “Thumbnail Image URL” field, do you see a link to an image file (example: a jpeg or png or gif etc.)?
