WP eStore + PDF Stamper + WP Affiliate

Hi!

I have a situation here – where:
1. I have a PDF sold via eStore …
2. I received the money in PayPal
3. The Lead came via/from WP Affiliate (Version 6.3.7) links
4. I DON’T see the order in WP eStore (Version 8.2.8 ) “order management”
5. Customer did NOT received the email with the links to download the PDF files
6. I don’t see any track of the order in PDF Stamper (Version 4.6.3)
7. I see only the sale in WP Affiliate Platform – Sales Data

Please advice.

1. Please ensure that debug logs are turned on for eStore – https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
    
2. Check the Stamped PDF file folder, to see if the file was stamped.
    
3. Were any thank you pages, or seller emails, triggered?
    
4. It is possible the IPN processing is not correctly configured.

Now… as far as the existing situation is concerned. If you indeed received the correct amount in your PayPal account, and the Affiliate Platform agrees with what you’d expect to see; the chances are that a sale did indeed occur. Simply manually stamp the PDF file and send the link to the customer.
