I’ve been trouble-shooting with PayPal. I’m not trouble-shooting within Sand-Box it’s all been live trouble shooting on my website.
I was able to have 1 successful live purchases when I was using the “Premier profile with PayPal”. When I upgraded to the “Business profile with PayPal” I was able to have another successful purchase, but I’ve had some problems refunding both purchases. I went through the process of issuing refunds I got two emails with the subject “WP eStore – Payment Verification Failed!” —- I don’t understand why that’s happening….. How do I go about fixing this problem?
On top of that the recipients who received the refunds got a very generic and automated email with some grammatical errors. The following is the message:
“Subject: Pending Payment Received
Thank You for your purchase. The Fund have not been cleared yet. Product will be delivered when the fund clears!”
How do i go about fixing this problem so I can fix the grammatical errors and change the message that’s more in-line with my business?
Lastly, Aweber was working when I had the profile of Premier with PayPal, and then when I upgraded to the Business profile and trouble shot successfully the second purchase but with the issue of the refund, I didn’t receive an email about a new subscriber from Aweber. How do I go about fixing that too?
I know that was a lot but I hope that all made since.
Thanks for the awesome plugin and support!

To change the content of the email that a customer gets if the payment do not clear can be customized from the language file. Open the corresponding language file from the “languages” directory and search for the following:
“Thank You for your purchase. Product(s) will be delivered when the funds have cleared.”
Don’t forget to save and upload the modified file to your server.

I thought you should know I got an interesting transaction response when I manually updated your eStore Plugin through my FTP (Firefox), I’m not using infusionsoft, yet, but I may later on.
Will the response below give me any future problems if I decide to apply infusion soft? I think this is a silly question but I thought it would better to ask.
Command: MKD infusionsoft
Response: 550 Can’t create directory: File exists
Warm regards

I personally recommend using MailChimp just because they truly want 3rd party soft wares to integrate with their services and provides options for easy integration.
Infusionsoft and AWeber kind of makes the 3rd party integration a bit hard which results in a lot of mucking around.
February 17, 2010 at 5:38 pm #17971elpasoMemberHello,
I purchased WP-Estore some months ago, and I’ve now a big problem with “pending” payments, I’m using WP-Estore to sell digital products and one guy was able to fool me with a pending payment.
Can you please send me the updated version so that pending payments does not trigger the download link email ?
I’m now using plugin version 2.4
Thank you!

Thanks for the great customer support and an awesome plugin.
Warm regards.
