Hi,
Thank you for your great services.
I’m using “WP eStore” and “Payment Gateway Bundle” to offer 2Checkout installment payment plan.
One of the products is physical which can be ordered in two installment payments. In addition to the payment, the customer has to pay shipping.
Even if I add the shipping price during the product creation, it doesn’t work with the two payment option through 2Checkout.
Could you please support on that?
Thank you again for your great products and services.
Thank you,
Moncef
Hi, Are you referring to 2Checkout subscription? We don’t actually support shipping or tax with a subscription product. Most payment gateways doesn’t support shipping for a subscription/recurring payment.
If you really need to charge shipping you can include it in the recurring price.
What shortcode are you using?
Post a link to the page where I can go and inspect the payment button.
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I now added the shipping price to the main price in the product page.
This is the shortcode I’m using: [wp_pg_eStore_subscription_button id=”234″ gateway=”2co_subsc”]
Below is a test page with the subscription button:
2 installment of $88. Shipping price $26.95 (not calculated in 2Checkout checkout page)

Thank you!

Yeah that subscription shortcode can’t do shipping. 2Checkout doesn’t support it in their API. So you need to include that amount in the main amount. You can add a text next to the button saying something like “This amount includes shipping”.
Thank you!
