    Hi there,

I am setting up a new payment link and it keeps asking – “Looks like you did not specify a recurring amount in the subscription details. Please note that you must specify a value for the Recurring Billing Amount to create a working subscription payment button!”

But I HAVE done that! Please check out this picture [http://successfulweightlossschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Screen-shot-2012-09-28-at-9.48.48-AM.png]

Please help. I have been having a few issues with the plug in.

When it was working with another offer with a trial it screwed up with paypal and instead of offering a 2 month trial it set it up in paypal as “charge every 2 months”

I would love to actually talk to a human about this. I think there is an issue connecting with paypal.

    Thanks

The most probable cause is that you are using a wrong PRODUCT ID. for example, you configured a subscription product whose product ID is 1 but then in the shortcode you are specifying the ID of a different product.

Which shortcode are you using to represent your subscription product? Please copy and paste the exact shortcode you are using. What is the product ID of this eStore subscription product that you configured?

Can you send a link to your store with this product so we can take a look?

Yes, you are right thank you.

Do you have any comments around the other part of my question?

–>When it was working with another offer with a trial it screwed up with paypal and instead of offering a 2 month trial it set it up in paypal as “charge every 2 months”

    Thanks for your help

It passes the subscription parameters as you configure it in the product. Please edit this estore subscription product in question and tell me what values you have in the following fields of this product:

    Trial Billing Amount
    Trial Billing Period
    Lenght of the Trial Period
    Recurring Billing Amount
    Recurring Billing Cycle
    Recurring Billing Count

Next, post a link to the page where you have placed the subscription button for this product. This will allow me to see where you made the mistake.
