I have a store that sells digital copies of music products on our website. We have an EP we are currently selling, and the size of the zip file that has the EP is roughly 340mb. Downloading the zip file itself has posed no problems on our website. However, when I purchased the product, the download.php link that the customer receives works but it only downloads about 240mb of the file, not the full 340mb. It is currently happening everytime we have tried, and we’ve had a couple of customers call in to complain about not getting the full download.
I’ve contacted the server team that hosts our website. They haven’t found a solution yet, though they suggested I change WordPress themes and also update to the latest version of WordPress. I have done all of that, and yet the download link still does not completely download the zip file. I’m currently using version 5.4.0 of the wp-eStore plugin. Can you please help me figure out why the download link will not completely download the full file? What steps do I need to consider troubleshooting this issue?
