Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/USERNAME/public_html/blog/wp-admin/menu.php on line 254

I’ve downloaded fresh copies of the plugin files but still get a similar error each time.
