WP eStore/ConvertKit Not Working

Hi,
When someone buys a product, they are not added to the corresponding sequence in Convertkit.

I checked the debug file and everything looks good. It says “SUCCESS :ConvertKit signup complete!”, and yet, there is nothing in Convertkit.

Any idea how to fix this?

Can you post the convertkit API call related log data from the debug file so I can take a look and see if I notice anything.

You entered the API details for the correct account (the account that you are checking)?

I entered the correct API details indeed. What is really weird is that it didn’t work for the 3 firsts persons, then it worked for the fourth. But I didn’t change anything!

The convertkit API calls from our plugin looks to be working correctly.

You can disable the generic autoresponder option from the settings menu of eStore since that is not required for convertkit.
