WP eStore – Collect Customer Input – How Can I get 3 inputs?

Before they can add to cart I need to have them enter 3 sections:

1) Enter URL to send traffic

2) Select from a drop down menu (they need to select country to send traffic)

3) Select from another drop down menu (they need to select type of category to send traffic to)

It looks like only one input can be collected?? How do I accomplish getting information from them for each item they add to cart?

You use the variations for the dropdowns. Check the variation control documentation here:

so you will have 3 inputs for this product.

1) The custom text field to enter a URL

2) The first variation which will have a drop down of the countries

3) The 2nd variation will have another dropdown with the categories.
