WP EStore Bulk Discount not working right

Hi, I am working on configuring the bulk discount add on and it does not take the discount off to 2 separate products, only 2 of the same product. It needs to have a 20% discount taken off if people buy 2 products and not of the same. This is a video so buying two does not make any sense. If you want to check it out it is at:

The buy now buttons are at the end of each post. It needs to be if someone buys 2 different channeling then they get a 20% discount but it is only taking the discount off if there is a quantity of two of the same items.

I think that will give you what you are after.

We basically have 2 different bulk discount addons. One does the discount on the total quantity (regardless of the items). One does the discount based on the line item quantity.

I just tried that one. The problem is the bulk discount add on acts as the wp estore bulk discount by line item add on. People are not going to buy two of the same items at one shot, they will buy two different channelings and I have it set that so that there is supposed to be 20% off if you buy 2 but it does not show the discount, but if you put that the quantity is two for one of the channelings then it shows the discount. It is not working right and I do not know what to do.

Hi I have been trouble shooting if there are 2 items in the shopping cart of different items, it will not take the discount off but if I hit two of the same items it will take the discount off. I am not sure what to do here. This was supposed to work. Is there another add on I can use to take a discount for people buy 2 different items in the shopping cart and getting a discount?

I am using the bulk discount plugin, not line item.

The problem I think is that it is getting conflicted with the 2 different bulk discount options. Because when the same condition is meeting in 2 different setup, it doesn’t know which one to apply. Can you deactivate all the bulk discounts then just activate one option only? Does it behave correctly then?

I just tried deleting the second bulk discount and put two channelings in the basket and no discount was taken off.

Try adding three separate products. They are located in the blog posts. You will see that no discount is taken off.

I am thinking this add on is not doing what it is supposed to do.

Looks like you didn’t enter a coupon code in eStore’s coupon configuration field: “Apply Coupon Automatically for Quantity Over”.

I will send you a screenshot via email so you can see what I mean.

I just used that coupon to see if there was a way around the Bulk Discount. I took off the coupon and I am still looking to see if that will work.
