    Hi

I have read the other forum entries and have tried most if not all the suggestions and now I am so confused and frustrated.

    – I have an 11Mb PDF file that I am able to Manually Stamp correctly

    – The Digital Product URL is correct in eStore as I can download it directly

    – When I do a test purchase it comes back with

    – I have uploaded a new test file and then created a manually encrypted download under Admin Settings in eStore the link is formatted as plugins/eStore/download.php?file=xxxx but when I try to download it it comes up as a 404

I have looked at the forum entries and have clicked through almost every link that says Try this' orDo this checklist’ – is there anyway I can get someone to look at the setup and see what may be the issue.

    Regards

    Ernie

I sent you an email to get site access so I can jump on your site and check the configuration.

Turned out that you had an incorrect value in the “Download Validation Script Location” field of eStore settings which was making the encrypted links to fail.

This is explained in checklist #8

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/downloaded-file-size-is-0-zero-byte

I have reset the value of that field to the default and now it should work. Please test it out.
