Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eMember › WP eMember jquery getting an errors Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined
Hello,
I have recently purchased plugin WP eMember and after I installed, there are some problems with Jquery and website went down. Basically I think there are some old methods which are not supported by newer version of jquery. Types of errors I have:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘msie’ of undefined
at jquery.tools18.min.js?ver=9.1.5:281
at jquery.tools18.min.js?ver=9.1.5:358
VM1336:100 Uncaught TypeError: $(…).click(…).overlay is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (VM1336:100)
at j (jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.2:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.2:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.2:2)
at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.2:2)
Many thanks for help
Our plugins have no JQuery errors. There has to be a conflict with another plugin or theme on your site.
Please perform the following, in order to narrow down the issue(s):
