WP eMember Bulk Import doesn't work

I have updated the WP eMember to the latest version v9.2.0. eMember bulk import Addon has been installed in the website.

I have exported all Members list from one site and tried to import the members using eMember bulk import.

The members are imported to a new site, but the fields firstname, lastname and username are displayed as empty field. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong ?

When exporting via eMember’s interface, the plugin massages the data a little to make it human readable. So you can’t just take that data and import it right back without modifying it to make sure it will fit the columns.

If you are after migrating the data from one site to another, you should do it via PHPMyAdmin or using a similar tool that your web host provides. You can export a DB table’s content then import it into another site (this process doesn’t massage the data so it can be used for migration).
