WP eMember Blocking Watu Pro Function?

Really need help trying to troubleshoot this problem. Watu Pro makes tests that have a save function to continue the test from the last question completed. When I log in as a member with WP admin panel open (thru “visit site” tab) everything works. When I log in to my website as a member with WP admin closed the save button is not there.

I did the “Automatically Create WordPress User” fix recommended in another post but no luck. Also did the create wordpress user from existing members function and reset the passwords. I’ve checked all the settings but am stuck.

I really don’t know where to go with this so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

P.S. – I apologize if this is not an eMember issue but I have no way of knowing.

Do you also have the “Automatically log into WordPress” eMember setting set?

When you log in via the eMember’s login widget, do you get logged into the corresponding wp user account? After you log in via eMember, you can go to the wp-admin URL to see if you are logged in as a WP user also.
