Hello Support,
I purchase your WP eMember today.
There are a couple of issues I am facing. I have checked you documentation but could not find answer I am looking for.
I am selling a digital protected page content via woocommerce. After purchase the following happens;
[# 1]: The order completes successfully with woocommerc Order email confirmation
[# 2]: WP eMember sends “Complete Your Registration Email.”
[# 3]: I also get ‘Redundant” WORDPRESS email “Complete your registration” containing
Registration details:
• Username: nnnnnn
• Password: nnnnnn
• Please login to the member area URL: https://…………….
From [# 2] email, I click the link and complete registration successfully.
Problem #1 is: After registration I do not “get automatically directed to protect content page”
Note: I have “Enabled” the check box “Automatically Login after Registration”
Problem #2 is : Why am I also getting a unnecessary [# 3] WORDPRESS Email. This is annoying and will reflect badly as spamming customer. I like to get help to disable this ?
Please assist at your earliest convenience.
I like to launch my site ASAP.
Thanks

Can you please tell me which one you are using so I can check to see where it is going wrong.
#1) You are not suppose to get redirected to protected content after registration. There is an option to redirect to a page after registration. You can use it to redirect them to a page where the users can can see what their next step is. If you are automatically logging them in then the after login redirection will kick in. The following page explains how you can configure the after login redirection:
#2) That email comes from WooCommerce. WP eMember plugin has nothing to do with that email. So you will need to ask them if there is an option to disable that email in their system. You can use a plugin like the following to stop that email I think:

Hope you having a fine start to your day.
I managed to resolve this issue from docs. I just could not find the button for “issue resolved” on this “support forum”!
