WP eMember – Adding a Login/Logout Button

I’m building a membership site part to my website and trying to add a Login button to the header that would be visible from every page but cannot find any instructions anywhere on how to do this yet see this on so many other websites.

Ideally it would change to “Logout” once a user has logged in.

Would really appreciate anyone’s help with this.
