WP eStore shortcode not working on a custom template

Hi All, I have a sales letter as a custom template on WP in PHP. The WP e store code is in the PHP file however not working to effect a buy now button etc. Is it possible to get e store working in conjunction with a custom template? At present the e store code is just appearing on the page.

Hi, How you are using the shortcode in the template file? You can filter a shortcode in the template file by passing it through the do_shortcode function. For example:

echo do_shortcode('[wp_eStore_buy_now_button id="1"]');
