I just purchased wp remember, wp courseware and integration add-on. I also use woo commerce and have add-on for that.

    1. There doesn’t seem to be any way to assign courses to members.

    2. When people register/subscribe through woocommerce by buying the relevant course, they are added to correct member level, but don’t have access to any of the courses.

Courses are not assigned to a member. It is assigned to a membership level. Then a member signs upto that level, they get access to that course.

The following page explains how it works:

    Hi Folks

I’m having trouble with the wp-courseware integration too.

New member sign ups to my Academy paid level aren’t being added to the courses assigned to that level. Even after using the retrospective add students/members process is triggered.

Also they aren’t being set up as wordpress users despite having this option checked in wp emember settings. I don’t know if the two issues are related.

So far I have deactivated all other plugins to check for conflicts and made sure I’m upgraded to wp-emember latest version (10.0.3) but no difference.

I suspect it’s a picnic issue (problem in chair not in computer :-) and possibly to do with a missed setting somewhere that causes a problem with upgrading from free to paid level. Most sign-ups are already free members.

    Thanks for your help

    John

I will need to check your setup and the log file. It will be best if I can jump on your site and check those things. I have sent you an email to organize it.
