When I purchased the Lightbox Ultimate (wonderful, by the way), I was also given the WP button plugin for free. I love it! It is so cool…However, when i set up a new button it doesn’t save to my “manage buttons” area, and therefore isn’t giving me the shortcode either. Without the plugin saving it and without the shortcode, I am unable to enjoy any functionality. Can you help me on this? There’s not category for it in this forum. Is anyone using this WP button plugin? I am using the latest wordpress, as my host automatically updates it. Perhaps that is the problem. I cannot provide a link to anything because it is inside when I am logged in and nothing is saving to even create a button that would show on the website.
Hi, We only offer support for our premium plugins via this support forum which is why you didn’t find a forum category for the WP Button Creator plugin.
Anyway, I think I know what the issue is with the save option of that plugin. I have just updated the button plugin that should solve the issue you were seeing.
1) Please delete the currently installed copy of the button plugin
2) Download a new copy from here:
3) Install this one then you should be good.
