I would like to manually set up some referral info regarding existing members.
I have a handful of members that introduced other members with a previous referral system. Can I enter data manually so that they are ‘linked’ once more?
The standard affiliate setup assumes the following scenario:

What do you mean by “linked”?
Hi,
I mean – manually enter the ‘relationships’ that were present in the previous referral system.
E.g. Member A introduced B, C and D. I would like to manually enter information for B, C and D so that if they re-join A will receive commission.
The standard integration stores those relationship info in the browser of the customer using cookies (thats how all affiliate system works).
If you are using our eMember and eStore plugin then there is a way to setup affiliate relationship for each member (by using their member profile). Are you using the affiliate plugin with our eStore and eMember plugin by any chance?
I’m using WP Affiliate with PMPro.
I think we may still be at cross purposes here.
Say for example, on my previous affiliate system, Mr A had introduced Mr B and was receiving commission every time Mr B bought something.
Now that I have switched to WP Affiliate Mr A will not receive anything when Mr B buys something.
How can I tell WP Affiliate that Mr B is an affiliate of Mr A so that Mr A’s commission payments will continue?
You are referring to tier commission. So make sure you have enabled tier commission feature:

Edit the affiliate profile of Mr B and then specify Mr A’s affiliate ID in the “Referrer ID” field. Then save the profile.
That sounds like it. Thanks. Sorry if I wasn’t making myself clear.
