WP Affiliates Plugin – Cannot modify header error

Hey,

I uploaded the plugin and updated the settings. Upon trying to register, I filled out the info and submitted. Then, I was taken to a page that said:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at… the default install info and then…/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/lib/email.php:0)

I did receive an email giving me more info about where to login. So, it seems that it registered me but for some reason there was a glitch in the message I should have seen next. Any ideas?

This is on a client’s website so I’d prefer not to list the actual location so you are more than welcome to email for more info/suggestions.
