I setup a product in WP Affiliate. It is being used by many affiliates now. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the product ID from the ad manager, and don’t see a way to restore it. Affiliates are still using the link, the shortcode to the shopping cart works, but the program is calculating commission on the shipping part.
If I change the shortcode to a viable link, would that fix the issue without causing my affiliates to lose commissions or change their affiliate links to my site? Is there another or better workaround?
Here is the link to the page with the problem:

This is the shortcode I am using on the page:
[wp_eStore_buy_now:product_id:16:end]
Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
Many thanks!
Deleting a product shouldn’t have any bearing on this. Any of your affiliates who are sending traffic to your landing page will still continue to get commission for the product that you are selling from that page.
Have you specified any commission override for product 16? (eStore allows you to override commission on a per product basis)
What version of the plugins are you using?
I haven’t looked at commission override. Where is that controlled? I am using ‘
WP eStore Settings v 6.5.4
WP Affiliate Platform Settings v 5.0.3
Sounds like the quick fix is to change the shortcode. Do you agree?
Edit an eStore product, then go to the “Additional Product Details” section and look in the following field:
Product Specific Commission
Thanks for that suggestion. The problem was I accidentally deleted an ad from the WP-Affiliate Ad Manager. As a result products in the WP-eStore were calculating affiliate commission on those sales. I fixed it by changing the Product ID in the shortcode where that ad is directed. No further reply needed.
