I’m using WP Affiliate on my wordpress multisite.
I only have it activated on the root domain. Let’s say a visitor lands on a subblog of one of my members, does that count for an actual visit and does the affiliate plugin leave the cookie for that?
I want to use the plugin so that when a visitor lands on a subblog, the cookie ONLY gets left if the visitor clicks on an affiliate link from that sub blog..
No, if the affiliate plugin is not active on the sub-blogs then it won’t count the visit. The click/visit will only be counted (and a cookie will be used) if they click on an affiliate link and lands on you root domain where the affiliate plugin is active.
Great thank you just the way I want it!
