Hi there, I got this add on in okay and set up a number of products with 0 commission to exclude them. Do I need to add a commission value in that same field to products that are affiliated? The reason I ask is I had over 6000 affiliate clicks today and zero registered affiliate purchases. Most of those clicks came via the site wide affiliate link….

That field can be used to override the commission value on a per product basis. If you don’t specify a value then it will take the commission settings from that affiliate’s profile or the general settings.

Did a custom purchase after following one of those links? The commission is only given if the customer was sent by an affiliate. Are your orders marked as complete in WooCommerce?
