wp affiliate platform – Sale is not credited in woocommerce when using w3t cache

Hello,

I just now installed w3total cache plugin and added excluded cookies as per instruction.

I have created a test affiliate and purchased product via the referral link. When I went back to the affiliate stats there was 1 click and 0 sales.

What should I do?

Correction.

I didn’t pay for actual item. I marked order as completed. Could that be a reason?

You have to do an actual sale. The commission is awarded right after the payment is confirmed when the e-commerce plugin sends the notification to the affiliate plugin.

Not that I know of. We have a few users who use cloudflare.
