MemberWe have set up out affiliate program and at least 1 affiliate link is not tracking clicks. (We are only aware of the one because the affiliate notified us so there might be others.) we have tested and retested using ppl who have different ip addresses and had not previously used any affiliate link for the programs so we know the clicks should be counted and assigned to the affiliate we are troubleshooting. Any ideas of what the problem might be?

KeymasterHi, Most common causes for this to happen are the following:
1) The target URL page (where the link goes to) is not withing the WordPress install where the affiliate plugin is running. We have seen some users try to use stand alone HTML page together with WordPress which messes things up.
2) There is a typo in the affiliate ID (if there is a space or another hidden character in the affiliate ID field then it won’t be able to recognize that ID).
Share the following two pieces of information and I will be able to tell you more:
i) What is the affiliate ID of this affiliate in question?
ii) Post a link to the page where this affiliate has placed the affiliate link so we can check the link code.

MemberThe affiliate id is jessicadrummond and the page where the affiliate link is used in an email. I will check to see what she used.
The url where the links are pointed to is http://loveyourselfnakedmovement.com – which is a stand alone HTML page. Note that there are other affiliates signed up and it looks like the clicks for those are being tracked correctly.

KeymasterIt looks like my suspicion #1 (see above post) is correct. This landing page you created is not part of WordPress? Please read the post I shared in my previous reply.
