WP Affiliate Platform – Blank screen after registration

My issue is when a user tries to register as an affiliate, once they hit submit after filling out the registration form, the screen goes blank! (like white!) – there is no re-direction.

Of course, this confuses the person trying to register as an affiliate and they don’t know what to do. Please what could be wrong?

WordPress version : 4.2.1

WP Affiliate version : 5.9.0

Seems like a plugin conflict. Do the following test:

Also, it looks like your site has a few HTTPS warning. You should take care of those also.
