WP Affiliate – Paypal return page is not on WordPress Site

Hi Guys,

WP Affiliate appears to be working very smoothly

However…. we use 3rd party software called Quixly that directs buyers to it’s own page after they have purchased. Because of this WP Affiliate correctly notes the click through but does not recognise the sale.

To clarify, the link from an affiliate arrives on our sales page. The buyer clicks to purchase and completes their transaction on Paypal. Rather than return back to our page however they go to a page on the Quixly site to download their product.

We have included the correct Paypal PDT code.

Is there any work around for this issue?

Hi, We do not have an integration available for the service you are using. All of our available integrations are listed under the “Integration Options” section of the documentation:

PayPal integration is for when you directly use PayPal (not via another 3rd party service). This documentation explains our PayPal integration option:

For your case, you will need to find out if this 3rd party service has an option to integrate with any affiliate software. If they do then they will have a documentation on how to do that. Share a link to that documentation and I should be able to help.
